1. Click on Members Only


2. Enter your username and password. Note: The login ID and password are the ones you chose when you signed up for service. The login ID is the first part of your email address. For example if your email address was johndoe@mvdsl.com your login ID would be johndoe. If you can't remember your password, leave this field blank and our system will email your password. If you have more than one email address, you must use the first address created as the login ID. (See Below)

We will set up a new email address.


3. Click on the Review Blocked SPAM emails (See Below)



4. Now scroll down to your email account and click on "Review Spam" See Below:


4. Now look for your blocked email. Let's suppose that janedoe@yahoo.com sent John an email that he didn't receive. John searches the blocked email list and finds her email and then clicks on the "Move to New Mail" link. Now, the next time John checks his email, Jane's message will be in the inbox. Hint: CTRL F is a quick way to search for something on a web page. This works in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
