2. Enter your username and password. Note: The login ID and password are the ones you chose when you signed up for service. The login ID is the first part of your email address. For example if your email address was johndoe@mvdsl.com your login ID would be johndoe. If you can't remember your password, leave this field blank and our system will email your password. If you have more than one email address, you must use the first address created as the login ID. (See Below)

5. We recommend that you add all of the email addresses of your friends to the always accept policy. By doing this, you guarantee that their email always gets past the filter. You can also configure the filter to always accept email from anyone in a specific domain. (examples of domains are, aol.com, yahoo.com, and comnett.net) In the example below, we've configured the filter to always accept emails from grandma@aol.com and anyone with a comnett.net email address.
The remaining piece of the filter is the "always reject" policy. In our example, we have configured the filter to always reject email from motherinlaw@battleaxe.com.
