I want to sign up for content filtering.

I understand that content filtering is not perfect. I will not hold Moapa Valley Telephone liable for any content that is blocked or not blocked by the content filter. I understand that I can submit an objectionable web site to MVDSL for consideration into the content filter. I understand that MVDSL will bill me $1.50 per month for this service and that I'm free to cancel it at anytime. I understand that MVDSL is free to change the terms and conditions of this agreement with a 10 day notice.

Content Filtering does not currently work with Dial-Up accounts.`
